Summer Program in Madrid (Spain) July 18-22

The Hospitality and Tourism Law Program at American University Washington College of Law is recognized for its legal education in hotel law and a directed career path.

Taught in English by leading practitioners and industry legal experts, the Hospitality and Tourism Law Summer Program provides intensive training for students and professionals interested in pursuing a career in the hotel industry

Courses cover a broad range of complex legal issues to provide a fundamental overview of hospitality and tourism practice.

Site visits in Madrid to UNWTO (United Nations World Tourism Organization Headquarters), corporate hotels and convention center hotels, bring participants outside of the classroom and into the real world. Back-of-house hotel tours, events, and dinners are also scheduled for participants and to network with industry professionals.

 

Objetivos :

(i) To examine U.S. and Spanish/EU economic models and legal expectations.

(ii) To examine evolution and current topics in the hotel industry.

(iii) To create and strengthen business relationships among attorneys, hotel companies, and hotel developers.
